Download the MJML extension for your editor: Īll of those will create an HTML document which you can add to your e-mails as HTML part.Sending the code to the MJML API for processing:.Pasting your MJML code into the online form:.There are several ways where you can choose from depending on your environment and preferences: MJML to HTMLĪs no e-mail client can parse MJML directly, you have to generate the HTML code before sending the e-mails to the recipients. Some e-mail clients like Outlook doesn’t use width styles for images and for those, you should add a “width” attribute to the “img” tag directly. Note: Within the “” tags, you are totally on your own! No MJML tags are parsed within the table and you have to care about the responsiveness of images yourself for example. This is especially useful for the Gmail App, which discards “” tags in e-mails depdending on the account type. The “” can contain two tags often used: “” to use a specific font and “” for CSS styles that will be part of the e-mail. If “” contains the “inline” attribute, the styles will be copied to the style attributes of the HTML tags directly instead of referencing them from the head section. Note: You can’t add any additional tags between the “” and “” tags! Furthermore, most of the MJML tags are only allowed within the “” tags. This would create a responsive grid with three columns: Building a reponsive grid with MJML is rather simple: You need the “” and “” tags and and create any number of columns simply by using “” multiple times. This corresponds to the standard HTML structure. The custom tags will get translated into HTML and inline CSS while generating the output. MJML has a simple XML-based syntax and uses its own tags for describing the content. The ease of use and the choice of the build chain were the crucial factors for using MJML in Aimeos. Using Foundation, you have to wrangle with several libraries and build tools at the same time while with MJML, you can generate the output with a tool of your choice (NPM, Visual Studio Code plugin or even using a web service). The biggest difference between both is that Foundation is more complex than MJML. Because it’s hard to write the code that is most compatible by hand, there are two frameworks that makes life easier: MJML and Foundation for Emails. Both offer a simple syntax and generate the HTML/CSS code for you. Thus, the only way to get e-mails that look similar (not equal) in most clients is using tables and a limited set of inline CSS. Outlook falls into the later category and it seems that Microsoft wants to punish us forever! But often, simple features aren’t implemented since more than ten years or are buggy and therefore unusable. Most of the time, support is limited for security reasons which is a good thing because compared to web sites you have to visit actively, everyone can send you e-mails. Nevertheless, even nowadays, creating appealing e-mails for different devices is hard stuff! Software seem to be from year 2000 when comparing support for HTML5 and CSS in e-mail clients. They are still the best option to confirm the order and tell customers about changes in the delivery and payment status. Every online shop needs to send e-mails and so the Aimeos e-commerce framework does. There was some concern that Plastiq’s transactions would be impacted. “We understand that Chase made an announcement a few months ago about cash-like transactions and third party payments, effective April 10. It’s also a great way to make sure you can meet the minimum spend on a new credit card signup bonus if you have large expenses that can’t otherwise be paid by card. This caused quite a stir, as you’d expect, since so many use Plastiq to make payments that cannot be paid by credit cards naturally.
8/15/2023 0 Comments Mas tacos por favorThe ground beef was exceptionally sweet, yet complex with flavors. This sounds pretty basic, but it was near perfection. So, Drew’s a better person than me and loves me more than I love him, apparently?Īnyway, this taco included Cuban-style ground beef with spicy onions and salsa and sour cream. We lovingly offered the other the last bite, as if whoever did not get it loved the other more. It was one of the best I have ever had with a good combination of differing flavors.ĭrew and I both agreed that this was the best taco we had ever had. Without these two to cool my mouth, I may have not made it. This taco gave meaning to my bland tilapia taco and weird water. But this was not a heat just to be hot, it had a depth of flavor that really added to the experience. While the chorizo was perfect- not too greasy, but still holding that strong, deep, delicious chorizo flavor, and the pickled cactus added a perfect vinegar-y zing to it, there was a heat that hit you a couple seconds after the bite and didn’t leave you for the next hour. I don’t even recall a sauce on this one, but there had to be a spicy one…no yogurt dill sauce here. It came with the same shaved cabbage and onion, fresh cilantro, and queso fresco (Drew ate the cheese for me…thanks, babe). SO good: Pickled Cactus and Chorizo taco. There was definitely more “spicy” dill sauce (still not spicy), and simply more salt. This taco had the exact same toppings as the fried tilapia, but for some reason, the flavors were better. The blandness of this taco worked perfectly as a chaser for the other two, very spicy, tacos. This surprised me, considering how friggin’ amazing all the other tacos were…come on, Mas Tacos, you got this. The fish was cooked perfectly, but was bland. First off, this was NOT spicy in the least. It was deep fried tilapia with shaved cabbage and onion, topped with a “spicy” yogurt dill sauce. Nice! I am used to tiny little “street” tacos for this price that grant me 2 bites each. The tacos were fully stuffed, so each taco was about 4-5 bites. Overall: Each taco was housed in two large corn tortillas. The Tacos!!!!! ($3 each) From left to right: Pickled Cactus and Chorizo Taco Fried Tilapia Taco Fried Avacado Taco Spicy Carne Molida Taco It really wasn’t good, just a heat killer. But I greatly appreciated it once my mouth was on fire from eating certain tacos. No added sweeteners or anything to make it carbonated. This was literally water that had fresh pineapple juice and freshly chopped cilantro added to it. We’ll start with the least impressive and get to the best from there. In the back, there was another room that the restaurant opens when it gets a little crowded.įinally, there was a really cute and cozy covered back deck where most patrons were enjoying their meal. In this main room, there was a small selection of tables and chairs. The menu was posted above the counter where you order. Here, you immediately notice that Guy Fieri has been here for a Triple D episode (like I didn’t already know that). #hipstersĪfter about 20 minutes, we made it inside. Men dressed in business-casual attire with mustaches and sunglasses seemed to be the most common patrons. This wanted to be a mixed crowd, but they were all too similar. While in line, I heard 20-somethings talk on the phone about their jobs as maids, as well as their business investments. When we arrived on a Thursday at 7 p.m., there was a line out the door…which I expected- thanks Yelp! The building was old, certainly nothing fancy, had bars on the windows and doors, but was packed with hipsters. So, we walked there, safely, I might add. We were half a mile from Mas Tacas, my #1 East Nash restaurant I wanted to hit up. Perhaps we were in the cheapest part of East Nash? I am one to purchase the cheaper airbnb options…I mean, I need some money for food. We were surprised when the neighborhood looked pretty sketchy, smelled a little stinky, and a man riding a bicycle while holding a full on maul/ ax almost clipped our tires. We rented an Airbnb “in the heart of East Nashville” and the reviews were great, especially doting on its location. … that great and notable day of the Lord … … It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment … There is no intended implication that the tree decorating was done specifically on Christmas day itself. Today, it would be similar to speaking to a Hindu audience and saying "Christmas, when they decorate evergreen trees" to remind them of when Christians make a big public display of the season. Mark could be using the phrase " when they killed the passover lamb" to remind the Roman people of what Passover was. Mark was writing to a Roman audience, whose knowledge of Judaism would be limited to the more obvious and blatant activities associated with it.įrom a public perspective, the time of Passover would be known as the time of year when the Jews killed an unusually large number of lambs, all on one day.Įverything else associated with Passover happens indoors, where it wouldn't become general knowledge among the Romans. Others say " when they sacrificed the Passover lamb" or " when they killed the Passover lamb". The expression " the Passover lamb was being sacrificed" is unique to the NASB translation. It would be too much here to go into all the arguments about this controversial issue, but anyone interested might search for "When was Jesus Crucified" where I say a lot more about this. We ned to remmber that John wrote in a Greek-Roman environment long after the fall of Jerusalem. Alfred Edersheim (THe Life and Times of Jesus the Messiah) and other scholars have in my view convincingly shown that John uses Roman time in all the 4 places in the gospel where he specifies a time of day. It also allows for Jesus having celebrated the Passover meal like most other Jews the evening before, Thursday evening.Īnother question is whether the "sixth hour" is by normal everyday and Jewish counting of hours, meaning at noon, or by the Roman counting sometimes used in historical and official records, meaning 6 a.m. This agrees with the fact that Jesus was crucified on a Friday, and in this verse in John, Jesus stands accused in the early morning before Pilate. It is therefore likely that the correct understanding here is that it refers to the Friday within the Passover week. Since Nisan 14 would fall on different weekdays, there would always be a Sabbath somewhere within the Passover week. Originally, the Passover was only one day, Nisan 14, followed by the 7 days of Unleavened Bread, but we see in the NT that the two had merged, so pascha could refer to both festivals as a unit. It can refer to the Passover lamb slaughtered on Nisan 14, the Passover meal, celebrated after sunset on Nisan 14 (the beginning of Nisan 15) and the weeklong Passover festival. The word pascha has several different senses depending on context. This is probably the background for the suggestion that the Greek paraskeuē could also refer to the eve of the Passover. Hovewer the Jews could talk about the "eve" of the Sabbath as well as the "eve" of a festival. It is to my knowledge never used as the day before a festival. By the time John wrote it had become a fixed expression for Friday, and it is still used in Modern Greek for Friday. It is even explained in Mark 15:42: "it was the preparation, that is, the day before the sabbath"(KJV). It occurs 6 times in the NT, 3 of them in John. The day called paraskeuē is only used in the NT to designate a Friday, the day before the Sabbath. Παρασκευὴ τοῦ πάσχα day of preparation for the Passover (or Friday of Passover Week). There are two ways of understanding the Greek genitive as the BDAG dictionary suggests: A literal translation from Greek is something like: It was Passover's preparation (day). 8/15/2023 0 Comments Frozen free fall cheats tabletI can scroll back up to the level I need - it’s a lot of scrolling (I counted 104 swipes LOL) - but it’s frustrating. It leaves a little more space between furniture and doesn’t feel a need to fill every corner. This decorating style embraces an uncluttered look. Minimalist design and modern design go hand in hand. It embraces the principle that form follows function. Modern design doesn’t try to hide this function behind ornate scrollwork and turned table legs. The purpose of a side table is to give you a place to store knick-knacks and set your drink down. The simple square shape and tapered legs of a mid-century modern side table evolved from a basic concept: Utility can be beautiful. To bring more of the outdoors in, make greenery a focal point in your modern living area. Modern style brought us back to our roots with natural materials like wood, stone, leather, and rattan.
